To delete the data our messaging assistant holds about you:

1. Email craftedvacays@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data", or send "DELETE MY DATA" to @craftedvacays on Instagram or to our WhatsApp number.
2. Include your Instagram username or WhatsApp phone number so we can find your records.

We delete your messages, comments and enquiry details from our systems within 30 days and reply to confirm. Messages already in your own Instagram or WhatsApp app stay there; you can delete them in the app.
